Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary due to unexpected factors such as bad weather, public holidays, COVID-19 or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your understanding for any possible inconvenience.
About Tax
• If customs duties are imposed in the recipient's country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.
• Any costs incurred due to the buyer's delivery delay or address modification will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• The buyer is responsible for costs incurred due to the cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.
About Shipping Insurance Fee
• You can purchase a Shipping Insurance Fee to receive faster re-shipment and a refund if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by the courier within 30 days.
• If your order is refunded before shipment, the insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account. In other cases, the insurance cost may not be refunded.
Additional Notes
• Local logistics deliver packages on business days (Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure safe and timely delivery, please provide a shipping address where you can receive the package on workdays. Please keep your phone on as the shipper may contact you via phone.
• Some shipping services may require the customer's signature for delivery. If the package is shipped to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft. Please ensure that you or an authorized person are available to sign for the delivery.
Return Policy

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing the order. Please note that we are unable to process cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Order Returns
We offer store credit only for unused wigs returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for store credit, the wig must be in its original condition—uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and with the lace untouched. Wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp, and for safety and hygiene reasons, used wigs cannot be returned.
Return Process:
Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Providing additional details such as the reason for the return and relevant pictures will help expedite the process.
After approval, our representative will provide you with the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Order Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same return process. Once your exchange request is approved, we will confirm the exchange item and any necessary payment adjustments. We will ship the new item within 3 business days once we receive the returned item.
We do not offer refunds. We will provide an exchange of equal value or store credit.
